Vanessa Timmons
Vanessa Timmons is a healer, life coach, writer, activist, and advocate for over 35 years, experience working with survivors of trauma. She attended Marylhurst University’s Multidisciplinary Studies Program in Portland, Oregon, and has continued her formal education through certificates and training, including the Interpersonal Neurobiology of Trauma Certification Program at Portland State University, and LightSong school of 21st century shamanism and energy medicine.

Shana Hormann
Shana Hormann, PhD, MSW, has been an organizational consultant and professor for over 25 years (Antioch University, Muckleshoot Tribal College, University of Washington, University of Alaska Southeast).

Sherina James
Sherina James is a wellness advocate, grantmaker, and equity consultant. Sherina has been involved in the movement to end gender-based violence for over twenty years as an advocate for victim-survivors of sexual, domestic, and intimate partner violence. Sherina has focused on racial equity in her work in victim services and grantmaking at the local, state, and national levels.

Dimple D. Dhabalia
Dimple Dhabalia, is the founder of Roots in the Clouds and a coach, facilitator, and leader of leaders. Dimple’s cutting-edge work supports a holistic approach to unpacking and healing long-standing systemic issues and creating sustainable growth and diversity by weaving equity, inclusion, belonging, and well-being into the fabric of organizational culture.

Eleta Wright
Born into an Air Force family stationed in Japan, Eleta spent her early years outside the racial landscape of the United States. As a young Black female coming to the American South days before the assassination of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., she was in for a crash course in U.S. race relations.

Pat Vivian
Pat Vivian, MA, is a consultant in private practice in Seattle. Over the past 40 years she has worked with hundreds of nonprofit organizations and government entities across the United States. For the past twenty years her work has focused on helping clients heal from trauma- whether from single events or ongoing harmful patterns- and create resilient and sustainable organizations.

Mary Dumas
Mary Dumas, Mediator, is an independent conflict resolution professional with academic study in psychology and the impact of trauma across the lifespan. She holds professional certifications in World Water Diplomacy, Family and Advanced-Commercial Mediation.
